Shipping policy
Please allow for 1-2 days for processing at our fulfilment centre before your order is shipped. Orders placed after 12pm Friday AWST will start processing the following Monday. Shipping times are calculated after processing and after the item has been shipped. Once orders have been placed they cannot be changed.
Please ensure that the full correct address are listed, and that you include the full business name and address if you’re having your parcel delivered to a business location.
Sock 'n' Roll is not responsible for unforeseen delays due to the Australian Postal System, nor are we responsible for lost stolen or damaged items once delivered. Once the item have been scanned as delivered to the customers address, it is up to the customer to claim any missing, stolen or damaged items with the appropriate postal carrier.
All domestic orders are shipped by Australia Post.
All orders include a dispatch and tracking notification which will be delivered via email.
