Refund policy
Please choose your socks carefully as unless your purchase is faulty or damaged, we will not be able to accept an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for a return you must contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and it must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt for proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We do not accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind.Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged with attached photos or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the issue and make it right.
All faults and damages must be reported between 3 days of receiving your order, we will not replace or refund any order that has been reported after this time period.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and finalise the refund.
